How it all Started
Bro’s Seafood Food Truck & Catering is a collaboration project with Chef Tom D’Ambrosio and Kyle Hollenbeck. Kyle and Tom started with 1 food truck with Aioli Gourmet Burgers and eventually grew to own 10 mobile food units, a full-service catering company, 6 food truck concepts, a booming local lemonade brand, 2 restaurants and 3 shared kitchens here in the valley. Kyle and Tom saw a real need for the valley locals to experience fresh lobster rolls being that they both have ties to the east coast. They swore to never own another food truck again as 10 seemed like enough, but this need had the veterans excited again and they can’t wait to take this to the next level. They could not do this alone and the amazing team of sales reps, marketing specialists, admins and operations are the true secret sauce to their success.

When it comes to seafood, Bro’s takes it very seriously and that’s why we have carefully thought out each menu item and combination of our sandwiches. We are offering more than just lobster rolls (which who can complain about that) but we also have fish and chips, shrimp baskets and catering you will love!
Do you not have the budget or room for a food truck? We also offer a drop off catering service which is perfect for any party. Your guests will love the variety and flexibility of eating at their own leisure. We offer a wide range of options and even have chef manned stations if you want the same great service not off a food truck. We come and set everything up so you do not have to worry about it!
